Practice Overview
- Interventional cardiology position within a respected and growing private cardiology group
- Opportunity to participate in structural heart procedures based on training and interest
- Supported by 4 experienced Nurse Practitioners and 11 Medical Assistants
- Team-based care model designed to enhance efficiency and patient outcomes

Structural Heart Component
- Opportunity to perform structural interventions such as TAVR, Watchman, MitraClip, and related procedures
- Collaborative working relationships with hospital partners and specialty teams
- Ability to tailor procedural mix based on physician expertise
- Environment positioned for continued structural program growth
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Dedicated time for procedures, clinic, and administrative responsibilities
- Predictable weekday schedule designed to support long-term balance
- No excessive call burden
Compensation & Benefits
- $650,000 base salary with a $50,00 sign-on bonus
- Earning potential up to 1 million with partnership offered after year 1

Candidate Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Cardiology
- Fellowship-trained in Interventional Cardiology from an accredited program
- Eligible for or currently holding an active California medical license
