Saint Luke’s and the renowned Mid America Heart Institute (MAHI) in Kansas City are seeking a BC/BE Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join our thriving and collaborative cardiovascular team. With over 65 cardiologists and 55 advanced practice providers, MAHI offers a dynamic environment focused on excellence in patient care, education, and innovation.
Position Highlights:
- MAHI is home to nationally recognized experts across multiple cardiovascular subspecialties, offering a collaborative and collegial environment that fosters both professional growth and high-quality patient care
- Inpatient and outpatient non-invasive cardiology focus with ability to read echocardiography if interested with Level 2 or 3 training
- Candidates interested in preventative cardiology, cardiometabolic, or cardio-oncology can join well-established clinics with strong existing patient bases; MAHI is also looking to expand its focus in pulmonary hypertension and vascular medicine
- Ample teaching opportunities available for those interested in mentoring the next generation of cardiologists. Saint Luke’s MAHI, affiliated with the University of Missouri–Kansas City, offers fellowship programs in General Cardiology, Interventional Cardiology, Structural Intervention, Electrophysiology Cardiovascular Imaging, and Heart Failure/Transplant

Saint Luke’s Mid America Heart Institute is part of Saint Luke’s, the West Region of BJC Health, one of the largest nonprofit health care organizations in the United States. The Heart Institute, a teaching affiliate of the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Medicine, is one of the most distinguished cardiovascular programs in the country. Its legacy of innovation began more than 40 years ago when it opened as the nation’s first freestanding heart hospital.
