Required:
- VA license (or) proof of VA application & proof of incumbent active license from another state
- ARRT (R)(MR)
- 2+ yrs of experience
Equipment:
o Siemens Skyra 3T
o Siemens Sola 1.5T
o GE Signa HDx 1.5T
**EPIC CLASS: RADIOLOGY MT ONLINE ON UNIT

VACCINE INFO:
- The Flu vaccine is required during flu season. (Oct 1st - Mar 31st).
- If your traveler is requesting a religious or medical Flu exemption, it will be the responsibility of the agency to ensure the traveler’s request complies with CMS guidelines. Qualivis will review/approve each request with supporting documentation.
