Practice in a modern, state-of-the-art facility equipped with advanced cardiac technology
Flexible practice structure with the ability to customize the balance between cath lab and outpatient clinic responsibilities
Work alongside a collaborative team of experienced cardiologists, advanced practice providers, and support staff
Opportunity to help shape and grow cardiovascular services in the region
Teaching opportunities available through the upcoming Meritus School of Osteopathic Medicine and future residency programs
Supportive physician leadership and a mission-driven organizational culture focused on patient-centered care
Clinical Volume & Call:
1:4 STEMI call rotation
Manageable call burden with strong physician backup support
Collaborative cardiovascular team environment that promotes work-life balance
Compensation & Benefits:
$650,000 guaranteed base salary for the first 18 months
$50,000 sign-on bonus
Up to $50,000 in relocation assistance for physicians relocating to Washington County, Maryland
Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, retirement plans, paid time off, and CME support
J1 and H1B eligible

Qualifications:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease
Fellowship training in Interventional Cardiology
Eligible for Maryland medical licensure
